Please find our size guides in each product page with measurements stated in centimeters (and inches whenever possible). We know it can be frustrating not trying on the clothes you are buying so, if you are unsure of the size you need, don’t hesitate to contact us to help you!

At this point we only accept payments with Paypal or Credit Card. We are working everyday to improve our service and will provide even more payment methods in the future!

We can only guarantee your reservation once you’ve placed an order and completed the checkout process.

We have some product lines that are recurrent, but they can reach a certain point that they will no longer be available. We work with small and local businesses so sometimes it’s hard to ensure if and when we will have stock again. Stay tuned to our social networks and communications to keep updated with our new releases!

You can only use the discount code you received at the checkout process. Once the order is placed, you will not be able to add it. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

There are several order statuses and we will send you an email whenever it is updated. Please refer to the following list with the descriptions of each status:

• Pending Payment – We are waiting/verifying your payment
• On Hold – We are validating all order information
• Processing – We are preparing your order
• Completed – Your order is ready and has been shipped
• Cancelled – Your order has been canceled
• Refunded – Your order has been refunded
• Failed – Something went wrong and the problem causing it may vary, so please try to place your order again or contact us.

However, if you have any question with your order feel free to contact us for more information!

If you want to change the delivery address you can only do so by editing the open order while it is in the ON HOLD status. Keep in mind that we use the delivery address you used in the checkout process and not the one in your account – please make sure it’s the correct one because once we ship your order we cannot change the address.
If you want to change any product option like size or color, please understand that it’s very difficult for us to make that change once the order as been placed because we run the risk of disrupting other orders. You can however contact us immediately after you place the order and we will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee we can change it so unfortunately, in most cases it’s best to receive the order and send it back as a return.

Unfortunately no, once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it. You can however send it back, please use the standard returns method.

If you receive a damaged good or the order is wrong, please email us as soon as possible to shop@stagediveshop.com with the order number, describing the problem and some clear pictures of the goods you received.

Keep in mind that we are located in Portugal, so we can only do photo shoots here but, you are more that welcome to make them yourself if you have the means to it – but let’s talk first and find solutions!
