Please note that all orders will be shipped to the delivery address stated in your order and NOT the address in your profile. Make sure that you fill in the address fields correctly, with the apt. number and any important observation so that shipping can be easy and accurate.
We are not responsible if the address you gave us is wrong or if no one is present at the address to receive the order. In these cases, once the order is returned to us by the shipping courier, we will be able to resend it but you will have to pay new shipping costs.

We currently only ship through the Portuguese postal service, with Standard Delivery. We are working to give you more options!
We do our best to ensure that your order is handled as soon as possible, and we can usually process it within 1-2 working days. If there is any product that may interfere with these times, it will be pointed out in the description of the product’s page.

As from the moment we send your order, we can not be held responsible for the times that the courier takes, they may change from the ones stated above. However, if you think your order is taking too long, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country. Please use the list below only as a guide, as the correct and final shipping fee will be stated in the checkout page.
As each country has it’s own import laws and customs regulations, we can not be held responsible for any custom charges that may occur. These will be your own responsibility, we appreciate your understanding.
Before you send the order back, please contact us with your specific problem and, whenever possible or justifiable, with photos of the goods.
All returned goods must be sent back within 30 days after you received your order. The goods must be in a saleable condition, as they were delivered, unworn, unwashed, must include all labels/tags and inside the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of underwear, earrings, body piercing items, cosmetics and swimwear.
We will refund you the cost of the items as soon as we receive them and after reviewing them and prove that they are within the conditions stated above. You can choose between having store credit, exchange for another item or full refund to your bank account (through PayPal).
We are not responsible for what may happen during the return of the goods, such as lost in transit or damage. Please make sure you pack the goods with care and ask for a proof of postage.

In the cases stated above, being our fault, return shipping costs is on us. Whenever possible it will be done together with the refund of your order, otherwise it will be through store credit if the full refund has already been made.
